Our Providers

Kelli  Cleveland, CRNP was born and raised in Troy, Alabama. She received her Bachelor of Nursing degree in 1996 from Troy State University. In 2006 she received her Masters of Nursing Science from Troy and went on to pursue her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in 2011. She is a Certified Nurse Practitioner. Her medical interests include Case Management and Asthma.

In addition to working with patients at CHCHC, she is an Associate Professor in the School of Nursing at Troy University. She loves spending  time with her  family.
